AIDSTRAK

AIDSTRAK is a multi dimensional installation that addresses and redresses the horrific affect of HIV/AIDS in the African American community. The poignant use of personal story drives home the duality of protection and survival highlighting drastic flaws in the societal system. The mythological nature of the life, death, life cycle emerges celebrating the value and dignity of every human life, while exploring the dynamics of community. Rather than provide answers to the problems, questions are posed and attitudes are revealed.
